Sampaguita was built from the shared vision of two founders, Tom & Raia, who saw the same problem from opposite ends. One from the ground, working closely with informal MSMEs, and the other from the top, navigating global finance.

Together, they realized that real inclusion happens only when deep field insight meets financial innovation.
